Chicken Manchurian recipe
Chicken Manchurian is the recipe of choice for millions of people. It is very well-liked in different states of Pakistan and the world because it is a very tasty and spicy food recipe, millions of people like to eat it on special occasions.

- Boneless chicken 350 g (cut into pieces)
- Capsicum 1 (chopped)
- Carrot 1 (cut into slices)
- An onion (cut into layers)
- 1 inch Ginger (finely chopped)
- Garlic bud 4-5 (finely chopped)
- 2 eggs
- Corn flour 2 tablespoons
- All-purpose flour 1 tbsp
- Green chili 2 (finely chopped)
- Black pepper powder 2 tsp
- Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon
- Red Chili Sauce 1 Tbsp
- Oil – 500 grams
- Coriander little bit
- A little bit of green onion
- Salt to taste
How to make chicken recipes?:
To make Chicken Manchurian, first of all, wash the boneless chicken with water and pour it into the bowl. Now add one spoon of cornflour, maida, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, salt to taste, and 2 eggs, and mix well with your hands.
Now put oil in a pan or pan and heat it on high heat. When the oil is hot, take one piece of chicken and put it in the oil, and fry for 2 minutes till it turns golden in colour. When the chicken turns a golden colour, take it out from the ladle and keep it on a plate.
Take a pan, put 2 tbsp oil, and heat it. Once the oil is hot, add finely chopped green chillies, ginger, and garlic and roast it for half a minute. Keep the flame on medium and now add onion, carrot, and capsicum and fry for 1 minute. Now add black pepper powder, a spoonful of cornflour, salt, soy sauce, and red chilli sauce, and mix well.
Therefore, When the bubbles start coming, add the chicken and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes. Now turn off the gas and take it out on a plate. Now garnish by adding chopped coriander and green onions. Chicken Manchurian is ready to be served. Eat it with your family at lunch or dinner.
Chop the onion in the chicken Manchurian and remove the seeds while cutting the capsicum. Carrots also have to be cut into thin slices and do not add if there is no carrot. We have made it dry. If you want gravy, you can add water while frying the tempering.
Chicken kachori Recipe:
Everyone loves to eat the most popular chicken kachori sold in stalls and shops in the streets of Pakistan. Similarly, This spicy chicken is made from flour and is eaten in Marwar, India, where it is eaten with great relish. It is also good to eat in Iftar. Eating with mint sauce doubles the taste.
Chicken Kachori is prepared by adding green and sour chutney, curd, bhujia, papdi and bhalla to the kachori.
- 1 Chicken Kachori Basket
- 2 tablespoons curd, sweet
- 1 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 1 tbsp coriander chutney
- To make the feeling:
- 100 g Potatoes (boiled)
- 100 grams sprout
- 1 yogurt Bhalla
- 4 papers
- 50 grams chickpeas (boiled)
- Pomegranate Grain, Bhujia, and Ginger Julian
- A pinch of yellow chilli
- Black pepper
- For Dough:
- White flour Half Cup
- Salt to taste
- Oil Half cup
Therefore, Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and fry over medium heat. Now add chopped tomatoes, coriander, cumin, hot spices, and crushed red chillies and mix well.
Now add chicken stock and mix well.
Then, add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Sprinkle fresh chopped green coriander and chopped green chillies on it and set aside to cool.
Mix flour and salt in a bowl, then put ghee in it and knead it so that it becomes smooth.
In another bowl, add a little oil to the flour, mix, and place on the side.
Grind it with dirty flour, spread it with a rolling pin, apply a little oil on it and fold it again.
Now roll the dough again with dry flour and shape it into balls and squares.
Sprinkle a little oil on it and then roll it and fill it with chicken stock.
After filling the chicken dough well in the flour pan, press and pull the pan from all sides and close the ends so that it does not open during frying.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it over medium heat and add the minced cakes and fry till they turn yellowish golden.
